Herc Rentals - - Responsibilities:
Lead fleet maintenance operations to keep Herc Rentals equipment on the rental ready line;
Develop and maintain a consistent preventative maintenance schedule for all fleet at branch;
Diagnose engines, DC electrical systems, hydraulics, and fuel systems;
Enter and review work orders and manage part ordering via fleet management system;
Assist in training B and C level mechanics and dispatch field service as needed
