Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

  • Operates a variety of grounds maintenance equipment (e.g. tractors (bush hogs), gang mowers (up to eight feet across), riding mowers, push mowers, etc.)
  • Operates dump trucks for hauling off a variety of items (e.g. trash, debris, aggregates, etc.) for removing unwanted items from facilities compliance with established guidelines. Operates forklifts with lifting capacity over 10,000 lbs
  • Provides guidance to and oversees work of lower graded operators and laborers, as required.
  • Other duties as assigned
