As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the environmental sustainability program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies; ensure rotation and storage in proper containers and place orders when supplies are low.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.

Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
