The Custodian is responsible for keeping the grounds and the offices clean and presentable.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Cleaning offices and office areas to include:
- Empty trash.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean restrooms.
- Dust as needed.
- Mow, weed eat and pick up trash outside.
- Move files to the attic when requested.
- Assist the tool room with unloading trucks and delivering packages .
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform duties without constant instruction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
P hysical Requirements:
- Able to walk the property as required.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be clean and presentable.
