360 is seeking a dependable, professional, and motivated Lead Custodian / Working Supervisor to join our team in the Monroe County, Michigan area
. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for an experienced custodial professional who enjoys maintaining high cleaning standards while leading and supporting a team.

As a Lead Custodian / Working Supervisor, you will oversee daily custodial operations within a school environment while actively participating in cleaning and facility maintenance duties.

• Supervise, support, and motivate custodial staff
• Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance tasks
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Train, coach, and assist team members in proper cleaning procedures
• Coordinate daily work assignments, scheduling, and coverage
• Communicate effectively with school administration and management
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
• Enforce safety protocols, security procedures, and best practices
• Address custodial concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance

• Classroom cleaning and sanitation
• Restroom cleaning and disinfecting
• Trash collection and removal
• Floor care, mopping, and vacuuming
• Cleaning of hallways and common areas
• School‑day porter services
• Event setup, breakdown, and support as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of custodial supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and materials as required
