Part-Time Evening Cleaner

Stathakis is seeking a dependable janitor/custodian for a part-time, on-site position in Monroe, MI. This role is ideal for someone who values cleanliness, consistency, teamwork and takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming facility environment. The position is Mon-Fri and pays $14.00 an hour. Hours are Mon/Weds/Fri from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Tue/Thu from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

• Performing general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies
• Clean common areas and help maintain a professional appearance throughout the building
• Follow all company safety procedures and site-specific instructions
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned

• Janitorial, or custodial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Ability to work independently
• Good time management and work habits
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, walking, bending, and routine lifting
• Authorization to work in the United States

This job reports to the Supervisor

This is a Part-Time position Mon/Weds/Fri (6pm-8pm) and Tues/Thurs (6pm-9pm).
