1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a high-caliber Maintenance Supervisor to lead our industrial maintenance team, oversee plant machinery, and maximize production uptime.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of maintenance technicians and outside contractors.
• Maintain and improve preventative maintenance (PM) programs and mechanical integrity.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, interpret blueprints, and manage maintenance purchases.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and site safety protocols.

• 5+ years of Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
• Background in a regulatory or heavily audited industry.
• Excellent aptitude in electronics and PLC troubleshooting.
• Proficient with MS Office and Maintenance Work Order systems.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of supervisory experience or a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
