Maintenance​/Housekeeping II - ONC

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center founded in 1978, is a community‑based organization committed to providing comprehensive health and social services to diverse communities, with a focus on serving Latinos in Washington State.

Sea Mar seeks a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees.

• Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
• Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste
• Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal)
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting)
• Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation)
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Follow all safety and health guidelines

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
• Basic math and reading skills
• Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided)
• Annual TB test required

• Exposure to weather and cleaning chemicals
• Fast‑paced healthcare setting

• Starting wage: $21.30 per hour
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday – Saturday (Flexible)
