Janitorial Team Member

Position: Janitorial Team Member at All American Field House
All American Field House in Monroeville, PA is looking for one to three janitorial team member to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 1 Racquet Ln. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards of the facility and be a team player
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fitness center, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of supplies
• Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
