Position: Apartment Maintenance Manager - Stonecliffe Apartments

Service Manager

Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for Stonecliffe Apartments in Monroeville, PA. We're looking for someone who's hands-on, team-driven, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service every day.

In this role, you'll be leading a skilled maintenance team, tackling challenges head-on, and keeping our community in great shape. One day you might be troubleshooting a repair, the next you're coaching your team or finding ways to improve efficiency. Location:

Monroeville, PA.

Type:
Full Time

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation for one week every third week.

Minimum Experience:

3 years of experience managing a team, and apartment or hotel experience required. HVAC experience preferred.

What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:

  • Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
  • Getting empty homes move-in ready
  • Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
  • Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
  • Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
  • Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
