• Perform daily maintenance and repairs for equipment, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and facility systems
• Assist with installation, upgrades, and perform daily preventive maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance items, such as lightbulb and filter changes
• Maintain accurate record of repairs completed, and verify maintenance ticket completion

• You are highly detail-oriented and organized, ensuring efficiency and quality in your work.

• You are adaptable, able to balance multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high standards.
