MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Duties mainly includes taking care of the grounds, cleaning of hallways and apartments, painting and entry level maintenance work.
- Be organized, solve problems, be friendly, flexible, reliable.
- Be able to lift up to 20lbs.
- Must be able to use various cleaning supplies.
- Work well with others and by yourself.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
