PAD Crew

Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicate with the foreman daily to review progress, needs, and expectations and complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Look for training opportunities and strive for continuous skill development and rank  able to perform and support all tasks involved in the Pre-Assembly process, including, but not limited to:

Adhere to Meadowlark Log Homes quality standards at all times.

Follow all Meadowlark Log Homes policies without exception.

Conduct yourself in alignment with Meadowlark Log Homes vision, mission, and values.

Keep personal work areas neat and organized.

Maintain care of personal chainsaws, tools, machinery, and assigned equipment.

Follow all company safety policies and wear proper PPE at all times.

Maintain punctuality at the start of every shift.

Actively participate in weekly safety meetings.

Communicate equipment and maintenance needs to the PAD Manager promptly.

Cultivate a healthy team environment, showing respect and support for fellow crew members. Operate machinery and equipment safely and responsibly under direction.

Support Lean/5S initiatives by helping to maintain organization, efficiency, and waste reduction in the Pre-Assembly Department.

Position Requirements :

Must be at least 16 years of age to hold this position.

Full-time commitment required.

Must be willing and able to safely use and operate the following equipment:
Chainsaws Power tools

Loaders Man-lifts

Various forms of heavy equipment

Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and work well within a crew environment.

Commitment to learning and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements Lifting (up to 80 lbs)
Bending Standing for long periods

Walking

Carrying materials and tools

Climbing Pulling Pushing Sitting  when operating machinery Job Details & Benefits:
