Job Title: CBB Maintenance Crew

Campground Maintenance Manager
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspecting and maintaining facilities:
This includes restrooms, campsites, picnic areas, and trails. - Repairing and maintaining equipment:
Such as grills, fire rings, picnic tables, and benches. - Landscaping:
Mowing grass, trimming trees and shrubs, and clearing debris. - Safety and compliance:
Ensuring all areas comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. - Operating tools and equipment:
Using mowers, trimmers, tractors, and other tools. - Cleaning:
Disinfecting restrooms and shower facilities, and removing trash and litter. - Assisting campers:
Providing information and directions. - Reporting issues:
Notifying the campground manager of major repairs or issues. - Maintaining roads and trails:
Ensuring they are safe and accessible - All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in maintenance work:
Including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and basic vehicle mechanics. - Physical fitness:
Ability to perform demanding tasks and lift heavy objects. - Attention to detail:
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. - Communication skills:
Interacting with campers and reporting issues effective.
- Good interpersonal skills required.
- Must be reliable (good attendance and punctuality), organized, flexible, and posses excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Must possess a high level of integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.
