Job Overview

We are hiring for Warehouse Tech in Jacksonville, FL. Pay: $15.50 per hour, with weekly pay on Fridays.

Schedule:

Sunday – Wednesday 6pm to 5am and Wednesday – Saturday 6pm to 5am. Full‑time work is available. Background and drug screening are required, and the applicant must be 18 years old with reliable transportation.

• Gather and dispose of all cardboard, other packing materials, wood, and other waste from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean various floor surfaces, including vacuuming with push or backpack vacuums (9‑12lbs), sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners appropriately.
• Ensure proper labeling, dilution, and use of all cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment as needed, including augers, balers, and waste compactors.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing projects that increase efficiency.
• Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Overtime may be required.
• Work may take place indoors or outdoors under various weather conditions.
• Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time.
• Lifting or carrying items generally weighing up to 50lbs.
• Walking/standing (85‑90% of the shift), going up and down stairs, bending, stooping, and reaching.
