Housekeepers – Mebane, NC

We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Housekeepers in a fast‑moving distribution center. The position offers a competitive hourly pay, weekly pay on Fridays, and a four‑day work week with one required weekend shift.

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, breakrooms, refrigerators, offices, training rooms, prayer rooms, momma pods, closets, water cooler areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Perform general warehouse duties such as trash removal, tote cleaning, and cleaning of stations as needed.
• Execute outdoor duties on a rotating schedule by keeping employee parking areas and the semi‑truck yard clear of trash and debris; walk between parked semi‑trailers to remove litter.
• Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, and wood from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean floors using vacuuming (push or backpack vacuum), sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and label/dilute cleaning chemicals properly.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment such as augers, balers, and waste compactors when required.
• Report irregularities, prevent losses, and enforce company and client policies and procedures.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Four‑day work week with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either day is a plus.
• Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour with weekly pay on Friday.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to perform light to moderate lifting.
• Must pass a 7‑year background check and drug test.
