Position

Warehouse Technician – Smithfield, NC

• Pull trash/corrugate (cardboard) shuttles.
• Operate equipment such as a manual pallet jack.
• Perform trash removal, station clearing, and tote cleaning.
• Housekeeping duties as required.
• Gather and dispose of cardboard and other packing materials from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean flooring surfaces via vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in clean, safe, operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment including augers, balers, and waste compactors as needed.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement projects to increase effectiveness.
• Abide by Sizemore and client policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Pay: $15.50 per hour; weekly pay on Friday.

Schedule includes a four‑day or night workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Options:
Day shift 6:00 AM–5:00 PM or Night shift 6:00 PM–5:00 AM.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift or carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk/stand 85–90% of the shift, including stairs.
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor and weather conditions.

• May be required to work overtime.

• May involve lifting/carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
