- Collect and dispose of cardboard, other packaging materials, wood, and related waste from designated containers and bins.
- Gather and transport trash and cardboard using a manual pallet jack.
- Clean parking lots, stations, and containers as required.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub floors, including using a 9-12 lb. backpack vacuumer.
- Empty all trash receptacles and replace bags as needed.
- Label, dilute, and use cleaning products correctly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
- Use specialized equipment such as drills, packaging machines, and waste compactors when required.
- Report damage or loss and inform violators of policies and procedures.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing projects that increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Enforce Sizemore and client policies and procedures.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Day shift: 6:00AM–5:00PM (regular 4‑day work week, optional closing weekend day—Saturday or Sunday).
- Night shift: 6:00PM–5:00AM (availability for weekend work).
- Shift work 24hours a day, 7days a week, including holidays, with possible overtime.
- Work location in a warehouse/fulfillment center that may include indoor and occasional outdoor duties.
- Must walk, stand, squat, and lift objects for extended periods; lifted loads generally weigh 50lbor less.
- Requirement to wear hard‑tipped composite safety shoes before beginning work.
- Reliable transportation and a minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written instructions with minimal supervision.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Prior experience in cleaning or related maintenance preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to service and professionalism through conduct and demeanor.
- Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy in all interactions.
- Initiative and sound judgment when evaluating and reacting to situations.
- Ability to multitask and work under time pressure.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail, including prioritizing tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Competitive hourly pay ($15.50 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays).
