Job Title

Eau Air Système is a subsidiary of the Baudin Chateauneuf Group, specialized in water, air, and heating treatment. With 80 employees and a turnover of 18 M €, the company intervenes throughout the life cycle of installations: conception, implementation, performance verification, commissioning, continuous improvement, maintenance, and repairs.

Thanks to its integrated BE, EAS is able to manage technical macro-lots including water treatment, heating, ventilation, and plumbing. It provides a complete response, both technical and environmental, while ensuring support until commissioning and assistance during operation.

Its areas of intervention include:

• Public swimming pools
• Thalassotherapy centers
• Hotels and campsites
• Aquariums
• All types of closed circuits of hot or cold sanitary water

To support our growth, we are looking for Itinerant Pipe Fitter Team Leaders (M/F).

Under the responsibility of the Site Manager, you ensure the realization of the projects in terms of quality and deadlines, in compliance with health/safety/environment objectives. You organize, coordinate, and manage the realization of the affairs on site by the pipe fitters entrusted to you. In this context, you:

• Follow the progress of the project in relation to the work schedule and report daily to your hierarchy,
• Organize and distribute the work,
• Anticipate possible setbacks and participate in site meetings if necessary,
• Ensure the good conduct of the site and the installations (tidiness, order, and cleanliness),
• Control the work done and ensure that the finishing at the end of the project corresponds to the contractual expectations,
• Manage the functional management of the on-site staff and manage new arrivals assigned to you,
• Carry out parallel pipe fitting activity,
• Respect and enforce health, safety, and environmental rules.

You will be required to travel across France.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You hold a CAP/BEP to Bac+2 in the field of plumbing, HVAC, or water treatment,
• You ideally have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position or at least 5 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter,
• You can read technical plans, anticipate, and prepare a project,
• You are rigorous, methodical, reactive, and have a good sense of organization.

Remuneration and benefits:

• Hourly rate between 12€ and 15€ according to profile and experience, – Allowances for short or long trips according to the project, 13th month, participation according to the company's results, – Worker status – CDI – Reference working hours 35h00.
