- HVAC and boiler plant oversight.
- Electrical distribution and emergency power testing.
- Medical gas system stewardship.
- Plumbing and water quality management.
- Fire and smoke barrier integrity maintenance.
- Vendor coordination.
- Small project management.
- Daily partnership with nurses and clinical teams.
