The Pidy Production Maintenance team is looking for a Technical Referent in Halluin.

Support to the technical coordinator & maintenance manager to coordinate the maintenance activities: preventive, corrective, and improvement to ensure the continuity of site activities and the overall performance of production lines (Safety, Quality, Productivity).

Accompany – increase the skills of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficiency of the technical service and production equipment.

Improve the overall performance of the service to ensure the best availability of all site equipment (production line, utilities, etc…)

Expert & support for maintenance technicians / adjusters / Technical Coordinator

• Actor of the maintenance process improvement to guarantee equipment availability
• Accompanies the technical coordinator for the training of new technicians, production operators or adjusters (method of intervention, GMAO, etc.)
• Ensures respect within the maintenance team of all rules defined in the internal regulations, those defined to ensure the food safety of our products but also to ensure the safety of property & people (PPE, intervention protocol…)
• Prepares with the technical coordinator the workload of the maintenance technicians (daily, weekly, monthly, major maintenance…): preventive works (including the preparation of format), corrective, improvement
• Prepares the spare parts necessary for this workload.
• Coordinates & performs the realization of maintenance works to be carried out by the maintenance technicians taking into account the quality rules, safety and HACCP; and the interferences with production activities.
• Monitors the quality of the work done. Informs and reports on its activity to the maintenance manager and validates the quality of the work done by the operator.
• Monitors the analysis of risks of the workload to be carried out and the elimination of risks related to coactivity. (consignment of equipment before intervention, protection of property & people).
• Ensures mechanical and electrical breakdowns of machines;
• Coordinates – ensures the preparation for the start of production: machines / formats for production by its teams
• Coordinates & performs the changes of formats to follow the production process and to gain productivity
• Prepares purchase requests in collaboration with the group buyer
• Ensures the organization of the stock of spare parts & format (identification – order – cleanliness)
• Follows and organizes technical files and electrical schematics of machines;
• Assists the maintenance manager in specific projects;
• Accompanies third parties who carry out works, if necessary helps and informs them;
• Responsible for order and cleanliness in the maintenance workshop, as well as for the material and tools;
• Works according to the maintenance budget;
• Helps to find technical improvement projects, elaborates them and tests them;
• Keeps the safety of machines up to the current standards
