• Work as part of a dedicated overnight cleaning team to ensure Vista Hall is spotless and ready for the next day’s service
• Maintain the cleanliness of guest‑facing spaces, kitchen areas, floors, equipment, restrooms, and dining rooms
• Operate cleaning tools and chemicals in a safe and effective manner, adhering to safety standards and resort cleaning protocols
• Perform routine inspections and walkthroughs to maintain consistency and quality
• Communicate maintenance or cleaning issues promptly to the Night Cleaner Supervisor
• Support team success by accepting and giving feedback professionally
• Take pride in upholding the Big Sky Resort standards for cleanliness and service

• A passion for creating clean, organized, and welcoming environments
• Keen attention to detail and high personal standards
• Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with physical, active work that includes repetitive tasks and lifting
• Consistency, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
