Office Custodian - Part-time; Browning, MT

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented part‑time Office Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to the overall cleanliness and functionality of our office.

This position is only open to candidates currently residing within a 45‑mile radius from Browning, MT.

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Sweep and mop floors in common areas and offices.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, such as desks, tables, and countertops.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Monitor and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for meetings or events.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals.
• Perform general maintenance tasks around the branch.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proven experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
