Mechanic H/F

Under the authority of the workshop manager, you will participate in the following missions:

Responsibilities and activities:

1. Preparation and execution of work:

• Take instructions from the workshop manager
• Participate in diagnosing breakdowns
• Evaluate your needs (parts, …) and the time for repairs
• Dismantle mechanical, hydraulic or electrical parts

2. Preventive and corrective maintenance:

• Clean electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems
• Replace defective parts
• Verify the functioning after repair
• Perform revisions preceding technical visits
• Carry out routine maintenance (draining, greasing) of the internal fleet

3. On-site interventions and troubleshooting:

• Perform urgent repairs
• Provide technical support

4. Application of safety/environment guidelines and quality procedures:

• Report anomalies and dangerous situations
• Propose improvements
• Detect and remedy risks of accident and pollution
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the workshop and intervention sites
• Use appropriate safety equipment

5. Reporting and communication:

• Account for the execution of work to the hierarchy
• Communicate diagnostics to the manager
• Propose modifications
• Report non-conformities (organization, material, etc.)
• Inform business software and repair sheets

6. Occasionally replace the workshop manager

You hold a mechanical training and have initial experience in mechanical PL or machinery.

Applied and dynamic, you possess a strong team spirit, learning capacity and teaching skills will be required. Your motivation and service sense make you the candidate we are looking for.
