Janitorial Shift Lead – Wilmington, DE
Pay: $17.00 per hour (weekly pay– Friday).

Schedule:

Sunday – Wednesday, 6:00PM – 5:00AM.

• Oversee assigned Sizemore Team Members at customer location(s).
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
• Train and educate team members on their responsibilities.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
• Assist leadership with staff performance and customer expectations.
• Relay complaints about service and equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate facility condition to identify required work.
• Check and maintain equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Establish and maintain rapport with customers when necessary.
• Log and maintain daily reports of account checks.
• Respond with immediate action to resolve problems to customer satisfaction.
• Organize and oversee cleanliness; provide support per company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled.
• Drive a culture of continual improvement, implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Enforce Sizemore policies and procedures as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• May be required to work overtime.
• Work may be inside or outside in various buildings and weather conditions.
• Extensive walking or standing for extended periods.
• Lifting or carrying items generally weighing 50lbs. or less.
• Walking/standing 85‑90% of the shift, including stairs, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Minimal travel to customer locations.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have reliable, public transportation.
• Must pass a 7‑year background check.
• Must pass a drug test prior to employment.
