Job Overview

We are hiring Housekeepers (Warehouse Cleaners) in Smithfield, NC  role offers $15.50 per hour
, weekly pay on Fridays, and flexible four‑day or five‑day schedules with one required weekend shift. The position is direct hire and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, refrigerators, office, training rooms, security areas, prayer rooms, momma pods, closets, water coolers.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub floors and maintain supplies.
• Remove trash and clean cleaning stations and totes as assigned.
• Perform general housekeeping or warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all site safety policies and procedures.

• Work may be indoors or outdoors under various weather conditions.
• Requires extensive walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Scheduling may include overtime and variable shift hours.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to switch tasks as needed.
• Valid transportation to commute to the site.
