Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Cleaners to work with us in a top-tier fulfillment center, full of excellent amenities, well-designed spaces, and an unparalleled work environment.

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr. (Weekly Pay on Friday!)

Enjoy a four-night-or-day workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either day (Saturday or Sunday) is a plus! Work three 11-hour shifts plus one-half shift each week.

• Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM + Half Shift on Wednesday
• Day Shift: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM + Half Shift on Wednesday

Full-time Position: 40 hours per week, offering a condensed schedule and multiple days off each week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to pulling trash/cardboard shuttle, equipment operation, trash removal, parking lot, station cleaning, tote cleaning, and other duties as assigned. This does include general cleaning duties based on business needs.

You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

• Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs.), sweeping, mopping and scrubbing in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Sanitize restrooms including sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, etc.
• Dust/wipe down office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.
• Clean/disinfect breakrooms including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, floors, etc.
• Restock supplies/refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, etc.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners to fit.
• Ensure proper labeling and use of all cleaning chemicals available.
• Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed.
• Maintaining the parking lot
• Removal and maintenance of all corrugate
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures as needed.
• Other tasks may be assigned as required.

• May be required to work overtime.
• Work may be inside or outside in various building and weather conditions.
• Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time.
• Lifting/carrying items generally weighing 50 lbs. or less.
• Walking/standing (85-90% of the shift), going up and down stairs, bending, stooping and reaching.
