Overview
Thompson River Lumber is hiring an experienced Millwright to support plant operations in Thompson Falls, Montana.
Responsibilities- Perform repair and maintenance of machinery, including motors, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
- Analyze equipment breakdowns and execute corrective actions to restore operational conditions.
- Follow lockout procedures, plant safety rules, and maintain clean work environment.
- Work independently and collaboratively, communicating effectively with the team.
- At least two years of mechanical experience in a sawmill or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and metalworking.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds routinely.
- Self‑motivated, strong work ethic, flexible schedule.
