Yellowstone Club’s Lift Operations department is currently seeking candidates for a Supervisor. This is a seasonal full-time position located in Big Sky, Montana.

POSITION SUMMARY:Lift Operation Supervisors oversee the day-to-day workflow of the Lift Operations department. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
Providing training to new operators as well as training current employees when the opportunity presents itself, providing consistent feedback to Operators, ensuring all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner, independently identifying and completing tasks to help the department, working with operators and other staff members to find solutions to problems that may arise, and ensuring all arial tramways and surface lifts are being operated and maintained in accordance to the standards set forth by Yellowstone Club as well as by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI B77.1-2017).

Supervisors are to set the example for the Operators in member and guest service, guideline compliance, personal appearance, and interpersonal relationships with other employees.

  Flexible to accommodate 4, 10-hour work days or another variation of 40 hours/ week with limited to no overtime unless prior approval is granted, 30 minutes for lunch unpaid.
