The Delfield Company, LLC. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at our Mt. Pleasant, MI facility. You will drive electrical system maintenance, preventive maintenance using CMMS, and safe, compliant operations to minimize downtime.
You will train technicians, troubleshoot complex electrical panels and drives, and coordinate across shifts to meet KPI targets and reliability goals. A technical degree and 5+ years of supervision are preferred.
