Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance as directed by supervisor or property manager;
Maintain work order system and ensure orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and resident satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness and identify maintenance needs;
Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance, including snow removal and inclement weather events;
Promote safety and risk management in compliance with local, state, and company regulations; maintain professional demeanor and customer service with residents
