360 is seeking reliable and motivated Custodial Staff to join our team serving Montclair Public Schools

• Full-Time (7-hour shifts)
• Part-Time (4½-hour or 5-hour shifts)

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash receptacles.
• Replenish restroom and custodial supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure high cleaning standards.

• Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates
