Xanitos is hiring Full‑time Hospital Housekeepers for the 3rd Shift at Garfield Medical Center in Monterey Park, CA.

- Includes every other weekend/holiday.
The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeeper may work in any location on client premises. The primary responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining facilities or locations within a healthcare campus. The responsibilities listed below are typical, but additional duties may be assigned by Xanitos depending on the account and client requirements.
Daily Responsibilities- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
- Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Polishes metalwork.
- Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
- Successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 as a condition of employment.
- Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
- Experience in medical cleaning is a plus.
- Post‑offer medical, background screening, and drug test required.
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles, occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, and operates in an environment that is usually quiet.
