The Morrow Companies is seeking a dependable Maintenance Person for Briarwood Apartments in Montevallo, AL. You will handle routine interior and exterior repairs, plumbing and electrical tasks, and help keep tenant units in safe, attractive condition.
The ideal candidate has at least six months of hands-on maintenance experience, fluent English, and the ability to read, write and follow instructions. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a driver's license is preferred.
