Overview
Responsible for the day to day management of preventive maintenance and repair operations. Responds, troubleshoots and coordinates action(s) to be taken to correct problems that may occur. Serves as a point of contact for the Facilities Supervisor.
Responsibilities- Manage preventive maintenance and repair operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Respond to issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Serve as a point of contact for the Facilities Supervisor.
- Education:
High School, GED, or related Trade School. - Experience:
5 years experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing maintenance related field. - 3 years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic II or hold a license in any of the major maintenance fields.
