We’re hiring a Field Service Technician in Montgomery, Alabama to support ATM hardware maintenance and repair. This hands‑on role involves diagnosing issues, replacing components, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.

• Perform minor maintenance and repairs at the module level
• Diagnose ATM issues using error logs and service call details
• Maintain accurate inventory and service records
• Ensure security protocols are followed at financial institutions
• Complete NCR-specific training and certifications
• Provide timely updates and reports on service calls

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic electrical/mechanical aptitude
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Flexible availability: nights, weekends, on‑call, and overtime
• Reliable transportation and smartphone (Android/iPhone)
• Basic tools required (e.g., #1/#2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers)

• Prior experience with NCR or similar ATM equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and travel
• Daily dispatch or scheduled service calls
