Overview
The Facilities Department at Auburn University at Montgomery isaccepting applications for a Custodian/Floor Technician.

Responsibilities
This position performs custodial maintenance for Universitybuildings.
- Cleans and performs minor repairs on University buildings toensure that facilities are in suitable condition for scheduled activities. Cleaning duties may include tasks such as cleaningbathrooms, dusting, removing trash, etc.
- Strips, sands, waxes, seals, buffs, sweeps, shampoos, and mopsvarious types of floor surfaces. Maintains equipment and supplies in order to complete tasks.
- May assist in setting up for events.
High school diploma or equivalent
