General Laborer – Grounds and Vehicle Maintenance

MACS is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with a variety of outdoor and facility-related tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. This position offers seasonal, part-time, and full-time hours.

• Perform general yard work including mowing, weed eating, edging, and cleanup
• Wash and maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Assist with basic property upkeep and maintenance
• Load, unload, and move materials or equipment as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
• Support team members with additional duties as assigned

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Possess and maintain a clean Criminal Background
• Possess and maintain a clean MVR
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment & random drug screening
