YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will handle preventative maintenance, respond to resident requests, and assist with home set-ups and asset upkeep, working as part of a collaborative team.
Applicants should have a valid in-state driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or pool operation experience is a plus. OSHA training is beneficial.
