The Crossings at Eastchase is a premier senior living community dedicated to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for the residents who call our community home.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!

• Clean and service resident apartments, public areas, and common spaces according to established health, safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and removing trash.
• Properly dispose of waste while following infection-control procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies to prevent waste, damage, and accidents.
• Keep utility rooms and housekeeping areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to your supervisor.
• Respect residents’ privacy, personal belongings, and living spaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Dependable and able to meet attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• A friendly, respectful, and professional attitude when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position requires regular standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping, and climbing stairs. Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and frequently exert up to 50 pounds of force to move objects.
