Essential responsibilities include:

• Assisting with pickup and delivery schedule of HVAC &plumbing related items.
• Assisting in daily activities of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control, and delivery.
• Demonstrating and establishing effective working relationships with co‑workers & superiors.
• Properly completing all paperwork required for each job or task: reviewing packing slips, reviewing turned‑in job costing sheets, keeping company vehicles clean, and assisting in monthly inventory of equipment and supplies in the warehouse.
• Maintaining high levels of customer service & satisfaction.
• Using forklift and/or reach truck (license preferred).

• Performing all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performing other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
• Remaining flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Representing Glasco in a professional manner that conveys confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.

Ability to lift 75 lbs., stand, bend, stoop, sit, reach, lift, and travel to locations as necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule (may include some weekends).
• HVAC work experience is a plus.
• 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Picker & Packer (required).
• 2 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• Driver's License required; forklift certification preferred.

• Knowledge of safety rules & requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations.

Full‑time. Pay range $18–$20 per hour.

• Day shift, Monday to Friday.
• Overtime and weekends as needed.
