Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial / Custodial Team Member to join our team in Montgomery, AL
.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday daytime position
. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in keeping facilities clean and professional, and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

• Monday–Friday
• 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• No regular evening shift

$12.00 per hour

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Cleaning desks, counters, blinds, and other areas
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Maintaining common areas and work spaces
• Restocking cleaning and restroom supplies
• Following established cleaning and safety procedures
• Reporting maintenance or facility concerns when identified
• Completing assigned cleaning duties thoroughly and on schedule

Candidates should have:

• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable telephone access
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Candidates must also be able to provide appropriate documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the United States as required during the hiring process.
