Maintenance Coordinator Assisted Living

Rate of pay will be between $20-$26 per hour, actual rate to be based on experience

Immediate Access to Daily Pay

• Responsible for preventative maintenance program and physical plant management.

• Inspects building and grounds periodically to observe work to be performed.

• Ensures the overall maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement of the buildings and grounds.

• Prepares daily schedules to include established routine duties, as well as additional maintenance requests.

• Prepares living units for new Residents.

• Advises Executive Director concerning physical plant needs.

• Maintenance Worker is expected to own and use his own basic hand tools.

• Learns and understands the fire, safety, and emergency procedures.

• Learns and understands the door alarm system.

• Will be regular in attendance, with the right attitude and attire.

• Previous experience in the maintenance of building and grounds.

• Mechanical ability required.

• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment required.

• Drug-free workplace. We do perform criminal background checks and substance abuse testing.
