** Maintenance Supervisor** , you will be a key contributor to the maintenance of the mill equipment and will be

responsible for the supervision of the maintenance crew while providing

professional service and ensuring a safe working environment.

based on-site at the sawmill located at 211 Old Troy Rd, Monticello, AR 71655.

** What You'll Do*
* + Promote asafe, high‑performing work environment by leading safety practices, coachingsafe work habits, and administering company policies.

+ Lead and support the maintenance team through hiring, scheduling, training, performancecoaching, and setting clear direction and expectations.

+ Oversee maintenance execution and equipment reliability by ensuring quality work,monitoring mechanical and electrical performance, and driving continuous improvement.

+ Plan andmanage maintenance activities and projects using the CMMS to track work orders,parts, maintenance history, and project execution.

** What You Offer*
* + 5 years of heavy industry experience

+ At least 1year of supervisory experience leading a team

+ Knowledge ofwood products manufacturing

+ Highly organized and results‑oriented, with strong attention to detail, calm under pressure, a team‑focused mindset, and strong communication skills
