Job Duties- Clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping as required.
- Empty waste baskets, dump trash, replace trash bags.
- Wipe furniture clean such as desktops, tables, and other surfaces.
- Clean restroom facilities, replace paper towels and tissue as needed and maintain adequate supply.
- Notify supervisor of maintenance and repairs needed in areas cleaned; perform other responsibilities as required or assigned.
- Strip and wax floors.
- Use pressure washer for cleaning exterior windows and other exterior items.
- Work in excess of 40 hours occasionally necessary, and be on‑call as needed.
Minimum qualifications include the completion of sufficient education or training to read and write. Job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements.

Frequent Physical Activity: Grasping, Pulling, Pushing, Repetitive Motion
Occasional Physical Activity: Climbing, Kneeling, Stooping
Must have flexibility to extend arms/hands: a) straight above head, b) in front of body, c) outward from sides of body. Must have flexibility to squat and bend over t have ability to lift approximately 25 lbs and the ability to climb stairs repeatedly.
