What You’ll Do:
As an Industrial Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production and warehouse environments clean, safe, and running efficiently. This role is hands-on and physical, and includes:
- Cleaning production equipment, machines, floors, and high-traffic work areas
- Maintaining cleanliness in the roasting room, dry storage, warehouse, and shipping/receiving areas
- Removing trash, scrubbing floors, and supporting facility sanitation needs
- Climbing ladders and operating lifts to clean overhead areas — sometimes up to 40 feet
- Helping wherever needed to ensure a clean, safe, and organized production facility
This is a physical role that keeps you moving throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant industrial/facility experience)
- Stable work history and consistent reliability
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Demonstrated ability to stand, climb, and perform physical tasks for long periods
- Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
- Dependable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and show up ready to contribute
