Ladder Inspection Specialist - Urgently hiring in Oklahoma City and Tulsa

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Ladder Inspection Specialists to join the Eberl team and support property claims processes by capturing high quality exterior imagery and documentation out in the field.

• Inspect interior, exterior, and roof areas as assigned.
• Visually inspect roofs, interior rooms, or identified areas of concern.
• Document observable interior conditions including staining, discoloration, surface irregularities, warping or swelling, bubbling or peeling finishes.
• Conduct full perimeter exterior inspections.
• Clearly document any access limitations.
• Capture labeled photographs and prepared sketches with measurements when required.
• Capture clear photos and verify completeness.
• Submit documentation within required timelines.
• Refrain from commenting on coverage, causation, or settlement.

• Ladder and appropriate safety gear for roof access.
• High-resolution mobile device or camera for image capture.
• Full equipment list available upon request.

• Background in inspections, adjusting, roofing, construction, or restoration highly preferred.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage delays and field challenges.
• Physically capable of climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Proficient with mobile technology.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Customer focused with a professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
