2nd Shift, 2:30pm – 11:00pm. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Responsibilities- Own equipment in your area, taking individual responsibility and learning to maintain it.
- Build knowledge and collaborate with fellow technicians.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert, helping make decisions about equipment, scheduling, and improvements.
- Strategize: plan and execute preventive maintenance, repairs, and updates to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency.
- Use data to drive decision‑making and focus on permanent fixes rather than temporary band‑aid solutions.
- Customer focus: work cross‑functionally with multiple teams to diagnose and correct issues as they arise.
- Growth: develop additional skills through the internal training and promotion program.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical aptitude.
- Associate degree in a technical field such as electro‑mechanical (preferred).
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing (preferred).
- Experience with laboratory equipment and repair.

PhysicalPosition Requirements
- Work safely in an industrial environment using approved procedures (Lockout/Tagout, confined space, line break, right to know, PPE, etc.).
- Use hand and power tools.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. (never more).
- Work in areas that may be hot, cold, noisy, ultra‑clean, or require additional PPE.
- May be exposed to temperature variations, prolonged standing, or walking.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.
