Loads tickets for customer drivers and is responsible for basic daily office duties at the yard as well as a variety of environmental duties related to the acceptance of certain materials.

• Weigh outgoing loads
• Determine customer & source of inbound material
• Visually inspect load for foreign debris
• Test incoming dirt loads using a Photoionization Detector to check for volatile organic compounds; maintain detector in good working condition
• Communicate with customers
• Administer Environmental documentation & record keeping as directed by the Plant Manager
• Responsible for daily office duties:
  Answering phones; running reports; filing; making COD bank deposit

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
