Perform repair and installation of office lighting, office furniture and electrical circuits.
Maintain Compounding Area piping and operating equipment.
Perform general repair and maintenance of:
Plumbing Roofs Air compressorsHVAC units
Boilers
Fire systems
Perform minor office construction as required.
Obtain vendor quotations, issue purchase requisitions and provide vendor supervision as required.
Perform required safety inspections.
Perform job duties to appropriate SOPs, IDEM requirements, and Safety Data Sheets.
Other duties as assigned.#LI- KM12-5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent
